Tip #26 Water drinking.


The research that tells us we need to drink 2litres of water (8 glasses) per day was done incorrectly. The experiment was run ignoring the water absorbed through food. This is why some people struggle to drink this amount, however if you are not eating that much you need to make a concerted effort to drink this much. Sodas and tea do not contribute to this amount owing to their diuretic (makes you pee) properties.
